The 4th Army was a Royal Yugoslav Army formation which commanded three divisions and one cavalry brigade during the German-led Axis invasion of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia in April 1941 during World War II. It was commanded by General Petar Nedeljković, and was responsible for the Yugoslav-Hungarian border and deployed behind the Drava between Varazdin and Slatina.
