The 75th Group Army, formerly the 41st Group Army is one of two Group Armies assigned to the Guangzhou Military Region.

Its units included:

    • 121st Mechanized Infantry Division(Liuzhou)
    • 123rd Mechanized Infantry Division(Guigang)
    • Armored Brigade(Guilin)
    • Anti-Aircraft Brigade (Hengyang)
    • Artillery Brigade(Liuzhou)

In mid 2017 the army was redesignated the 74th Group Army.[1]
