Blue Flag is an exercise by the Israeli Air Force that first occurred in November 2013 at Ovda Air Force Base in Israel. It was made up of multiple nations and was aimed at expanding cooperation between them. Israel plans on making this a biennial event, with the next one scheduled for 2015.[1]
