Matthew W. Milam (D, Vineland) resigned from his seat in the Assembly as of February 28, 2013,[3] and was replaced by Andrzejczak who was sworn into office in March after being selected by Democratic committee members from Atlantic, Cape May and Cumberland counties.[1]
