This is a tracking category It is used to build and maintain lists of pages—primarily for the sake of the lists themselves. They are not part of the encyclopedia's categorization scheme.

This tracking category contains pages where {{Navseasoncats}} followed a {{Category redirect}}
on a season/range category sequence, due to a base name change. This is useful for navigationally "joining" category sequences that are differently-named but related; for example, Falkland Islands Councillors 2005–2009's transition to Falkland Islands MLAs 2009–2013.
To turn this functionality off, use |follow-redirects=no
. This is useful in cases where redirects to a parent category result in links that may be confusing, e.g. 1982–83 in Italian rugby union currently has neighbouring years redirected to "European".
Pages in this category should only be added by Module:Navseasoncats.
