This category contains treaties that were signed, ratified or acceded to by the  Kingdom of the Netherlands. Where appropriate, articles should be placed in the subcategories. This category may contain articles about treaties concluded or ratified by Netherlands since 19 April 1839, which is the date the Treaty of London was concluded by which the Netherlands recognised the independence and neutrality of Belgium and the United Kingdom of the Netherlands formally came to an end.

Treaties ratified by the Kingdom of the Netherlands may be (or have been) applicable to the following entities which constitute or constituted a separate territory of law in many matters:

• European Netherlands ("the Kingdom in Europe")
• Aruba (since 1986)
• Curaçao, Sint Maarten and/or the Caribbean Netherlands (since 2010)
• Netherlands Antilles (until 2010, comprising Curaçao, Sint Maarten and the Caribbean Netherlands; until 1986 also comprising Aruba)
• Suriname (until 1975)
• Netherlands New Guinea (until 1962)
