Hans Jacob Scheel

Hans Jacob Scheel (born 23 August 1714 in Copenhagen, died 21 January 1774 in Fredrikstad) was a Dano-Norwegian Major-General, Chamberlain at the Royal Court, Commandant of Fredrikstad Fortress from 1766 to 1774 and owner of Frogner Manor. He was the son of Lieutenant-General Hans Henrik von Scheel (1668–1738).
