Major-General Harold Percy Waller Barrow, CB, CMG, DSO, OBE (30 June 1876 – 20 December 1957) was Colonel Commandant Royal Army Medical Corps and Honorary Surgeon to King George V.[1] He was educated at Bedford Modern School [2] and Guy’s Hospital, London.[3]
