John Joseph Ryba (born August 10, 1929) is a former member of the Wisconsin State Assembly.
Ryba was born on August 10, 1929, in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from Thomas Kelly High School and served in the United States Army during the Korean War. After the war he remained in the United States Army Reserve. Ryba is married with three children.
Ryba was first elected to the Assembly in 1992. He was also a member of the Brown County, Wisconsin Board and the Green Bay, Wisconsin City Council from 1970 to 1993. Ryba is a Democrat.
