  • Anita (Flag of German Reich (1935–1945) Germany): World War II: The cargo ship was torpedoed and sunk by a submarine in the Aegean Sea off Tinos, Greece.[54]
  • Duilio (Flag of German Reich (1935–1945) Germany): World War II: The troopship was bombed and sunk at Trieste, Italy by Allied aircraft. The wreck was scrapped in 1948.
  • HMS MMS 55 (Naval Ensign of the United Kingdom Royal Navy) : World War II: The MMS-I-class Motor Minesweeper was sunk by a mine off Normandy.[55]
