'''Morgiri Fort''' ({{lang-mr|मोरगिर किल्ला}}) is a [[hill fort]] in [[Pune District]]. Its shape and structure of the fort suggest that its main function was as a watchtower overlooking Maval region of the Pawana and Mulshi valleys guarding the road to Pune city.<ref name="trekshitiz">{{cite web |last1=Trekshitiz |title=Morgiri |url=http://trekshitiz.com/marathi/Morgiri-Trek-M-Alpha.html |website=trekshitiz.com |publisher=Trekshitiz |accessdate=2 April 2020}}</ref>

The highest point on the Morgiri fort is  3010 feet above the sea level. The difficulty level of the fort is hard. Morgiri Fort is less popular as compared to the other forts nearby.  There is an Indian flag and a saffron flag hosted on the fort. After climbing a patch there is a water tank but the water inside in it is unhygienic and not potable. Further from this tank, there is a 5 feet high rock patch, above which there is one more water tank which again has non-potable water. Walking further there are rock-cut steps. Once we come across this open area, there are more steps that take us to the top of the fort in 5 minutes. There is also a cave of Jakhmata. The water of Pawana Dam, Tung, Tikona, Korigad forts are visible from the top of this fort.<ref name="ImOutdoor">{{cite web |last1=ImOutdoor |title=Morgiri Fort Trek |url= https://imoutdoor.com/trek/morgiri-fort-trek/ |website=imoutdoor.com |publisher=ImOutdoor |accessdate=14 April 2020}}</ref>
