Sandra Hodgkinson is an American lawyer, officer in the United States Navy Reserve, and a U.S. Government career employee.  She was selected by the Bush Administration to serve as the State Department's Deputy Director, Office of War Crimes Issues and the Department of Defense's Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Detainee Affairs.
