Sydney Louis Anderson (3 January 1918 – 20 May 1944) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Melbourne in the Victorian Football League (VFL).
A wingman, Anderson was a premiership player in every one of his three VFL seasons.
Anderson enlisted in the Royal Australian Air Force in 1941, reaching the rank of Flying Officer. He was killed in action in 1944.
